Dr. Claire Bryce
Claire is a compassionate and collaborative clinical & forensic psychologist. Her expertise includes the interplay between addiction and mental health (dual diagnosis), as well as family violence and family functioning. She is experienced in supporting people of varying ages and abilities, survivors of trauma, and individuals who have had contact with the criminal justice system. Drawing from cognitive, behavioural, and emotional therapies, her goal is to help build insight, manage risks, improve coping, increase connection, and enhance quality of life for those who are struggling.


'Specto' has a variety of meanings including to watch, observe, look at, or consider; to examine, try, or test; to aim, strive, or endeavour; and to seek, or aspire to.

Also known as 'the swiss cheese plant', it inspires the idea that our imperfections and individuality should be embraced, and that we can still be whole and happy, despite difficult life experiences.
